Actually i had in mind that from nomination occurs from mo till thursday and after that election occurs while sunday/monday is the actual change... but let's check back orkie what he really intended. It's clear enough already. As for having different stages to do things:

1. You check first before just adding stuff like that
2. Anyways, it's a bad idea because there's barely enough activity as it is - limiting voting to just a few days will probably mean almost none actually gets done.

I disagree on the clarity... i'd say to put a new and clearer paragraph on when? to vote (the what? is already clear enough). I add what myself deem necessary btw.. you surely recognize this.
