Meaningful Descriptions

Please enable the frame counter and come up with an approximation of average FPS when making comments. "Good" is subjective, ~30fps isn't. To enable the FPS counter edit gngeorc in the conf dir.--Dijitao 18:36, 14 January 2006 (PST)

Compaibility and different dump

Talking about compatability isn't to helpfull if we don't know anything about the dump used. For the sake of sanity I think we should stick to using rom dumps compatable with MAME (most recent build). --Dijitao 22:37, 3 January 2006 (GMT)

True, but then we should provide information on how to verifiy ROM dumps. Rather than to stick to latest MAME, it would be better to have something like a ClrMamePro DAT or MAME -listinfo files. --mongolito404 11:50, 4 January 2006 (GMT)
Yes but the Bios file is already important too, If you use the univers bios or others. --Yod4z 13:59, 4 January 2006 (GMT)
Creating a ClRMamePro DAT is only so helpful considering how hard it is to get ROMs that aren't compatable with the latest MAME release. I think we would best help Pepone by letting him know which ROMs aren't working with the dumps that people can actually find. I know I get similar results to what shown on the list when I dust off my CDR's of ROMs I used 5 years ago with NeoRageX but how many people have access to thoese kinds of dumps?--Dijitao 06:34, 11 January 2006 (PST)

Upper speed limit for test results.

Can we keep the top speed used @ 266mhz. Some GP2X owners struggle to acheive 250mhz, also 266mhz is the cpu's designed maximum. Let's keep the results acheivable by the masses not the lucky few.
