Sqcolony is an abstract shooter.

Installation

You must install the SDL libraries on your GP2X. Firmware 2.0+ already has them on.

Extract the contents of sqcolony.zip into a folder which you will then place on your SD card:

Run sqcolony.gpe from the Games menu.

How to Play

You are in control of two bases that can slide
vertically and shoot a jet of pixels towards
incoming larger squares. Each time a square
reaches your base, your life drops (the green
stripe is the lifemeter).

Controls

• Intro screen:

[L + R]: Exit
[START]: Start game

• During game:

[L + R]: Exit
[SELECT]: Pause/resume game
[UP]: Move base up
[DOWN]: Move base down
[A]: Toggle left base
[B]: Toggle right base
[Y]: Adjust jet angle upwards
[X]: Adjust jet angle downwards
