Adds a sleep hibernate function to your gp2x press select then start to wake from sleep, now uses rlyeh's-minimal-library-v0.A and Hermes CpuCtrl, the cpu's are clocked down to 30mhz and the ticks are 1 per second, the screen now turns off and the 940 cpu is disabled .
