Rename and fix links..
First, I plan to rename to the "SDL on GP2X FAQ" which is more descriptive. There should then be one SDL general document, one SDL on GP2X document, and some detailed documents hanging off it.
Second, I plan to clean up the broken links, e.g., the old SDL Info redirects.
