Links is an open source text and graphic web browser with a pull-down menu system. It renders complex pages (partial HTML 4.0 support including tables and frames, support for multiple character sets), supports color and monochrome terminals and allows horizontal scrolling. It does not support CSS or javascript.
Confusion
Links != Lynx
Lynx is text only, Links can show gfx, popups & etc.
Installation
- Download and move onto your SD card.
- Attention! The starting of the software takes more than one minute! And you remain in front of a black screen! Be patient.
- After launching, the navigator opens the "pages/index.html" page by default, modifiable by changing the parameter in links.gpu
