Changes in Port

  • implemented some sound effects (fire and hits)
  • implemented GP2X-(JoyPad-)Controls
    • controlling left mapped to GP2X_BUTTON_A, GP2X_BUTTON_LEFT, GP2X_BUTTON_DOWNLEFT, GP2X_BUTTON_UPLEFT, GP2X_BUTTON_L
    • controlling right mapped to GP2X_BUTTON_B, GP2X_BUTTON_RIGHT, GP2X_BUTTON_DOWNRIGHT, GP2X_BUTTON_UPRIGHT, GP2X_BUTTON_R
    • controlling speed up mapped to GP2X_BUTTON_Y, GP2X_BUTTON_UP
    • controlling speed down mapped to GP2X_BUTTON_X, GP2X_BUTTON_DOWN
    • controlling fire mapped to GP2X_BUTTON_START, GP2X_BUTTON_CLICK
    • controlling exit mapped to GP2X_BUTTON_SELECT
  • x, y-resolution now by 320x240

Installation

  • Extract the rar file.
  • Copy the deathchase3d-0.9\deathchase3d\DeathChase.gpe and the deathchase3d-0.9\deathchase3d\data-dir to a new dir of your GP2X-SD-card.
  • Then start the game as you start other games.

Controls

  • Accelerate with Y
  • Go right with A
  • Go left with B
  • Fire with the left trigger
  • End/Exit with Select
