Abe’s Amazing Adventure A scrolling, platform-jumping, key-collecting, ancient pyramid exploring game, vaguely in the style of similar games for the Commodore+4.

Libs: SDL and SDL_mixer

Developer: gabortorok at users.sourceforge.net

Resolution: Looks 647 x 512 from screen shot. But textures are very clear, so it looks nice even at QVGA.

Hello,

I'm looking at porting some games for the new GP2X handheld console soon to be released in less then a month. (Linux OS using SDL).

I think your game would be very fun for it, however it will need some work to resize the images to be readable on a 320x240 screen. (I've done a resize on some screenshots and it looks quite readable.)

Also, the developers have not confirmed if the mixer is supported, but I'm sure we will find out soon if we have to create one ourselves.

Is it ok if one of us GP2X developers makes the port? or would you rather do this personally?

Regards,

Peter Hanson
